Mediq Latvija
(formerly SIA Oriola) provides its principals with extensive healthcare logistic services of good quality including imports, warehousing, order processing, distribution and aftersales. In addition, we offer know-how in local marketing, registration and information matters. Mediq Latvija has been a part of the Mediq Group since June 2010 (see www.mediq.com).

Mediq is an international provider of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies and the associated care. Mediq takes care of the delivery from supplier to patient, via three distribution channels: directly to people’s homes, if needed with the associated care (Mediq Direct); via hospitals and other care institutions (Mediq Institutional); and via Mediq Pharmacies.
Mediq has approximately 8,200 employees and has operations in fourteen countries. Mediq was incorporated in 1899 and was called OPG Group up to April 2009. Its shares have been listed on Euronext Amsterdam since 1992, where they are included in the Midcap Index.
Mediq Latvija – business activities
Mediq Latvija is active in hospitals, primary care and laboratories, and has dedicated sales teams and a customer support organization in these areas. We focus on hospital supplies and consumables, wound care products and laboratory and medical devices and equipment. Our customers are medical institutions (hospitals, out-patient facilities, nursing homes, GPs, veterinary services), universities, schools, science and research institutes and industrial research bodies. We are located in Riga and have 11 employees.
